Additional Charge:

• Extra person charged with or without extra bed will cost 500 THB per room per night
• Extra person under 12 Years sharing bed with parent will be charged at no cost.
• Additional breakfast can pay direct at property.

Deposit Requirement to sercure your reservation 

• Daily / Weekly Reservation deposit require 50 % of  total amount  room charge.
• Monthly Reservation deposit require details as below
  • Superior & Deluxe room type deposit require 3,000 THB.
  • Others room type  deposit require 5,000 THB.

Cancellation Policies:

•  Direct reservation deposit Non Refundable as special room rate .
•  Cancellation is not allowed for direct reservation but could change to another available period,  Please inform in advance at least 7 days before arrival date.
•  Any cancellation or no show will charge 100% of your deposit.
